Armory will not start - need help

I have a 1 month old version of Armory running on Windows 7 on a HP laptop.

Any ideas or help appreciated - bitcoins lost in wallet in Armory which won't start

Armory Offline will not start either

I need help either getting it to start or how I recover a wallet.

I have the wallet printed root key for recovery

If I were to download Armory again on the laptop where it stopped, how do I recover the wallet and its contents.

If I have Armory running on another computer, can I perform a recover on a wallet on this laptop based on the root key printed back up?

Is it possible its a problem with Bitcoin core?

Will re-installing bitcoin core be helpful?

Yes. Click "Import or Restore Wallet" in Armory -> "Single-sheet backup" and follow the steps.
