I have 2 s3 antminers that I recently bought at great cost.  How do I set them up to mine from a shared WIFI connection and a laptop?  I have ethernet cables to connect them to my laptop which only has one LAN port.  I spent 24 hours trying to get them running and mining but no success
so basically the upper limit is $80/month for 2 s3's, how much does an s5 make?  I'm trying to go to medical school and have terrible health problems and am trying to pay for hospital bills thanks!!!

You will have better luck with one post instead of two.  I suggest locking this one and using - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1101306.0

I asked a few questions in that thread.  But it appears you put more in here.   You would need to look into windows connection sharing and have a hub or something as only one ethernet port.

I don't suggest running a laptop 24x7.  I suggest looking at a router that also can as a client to other wireless and share the connection to the two miners.  They also make wireless adapters you could make work with a hub.  But a router with ability to connect as a client to other is cleanest setup in my opinion.
