I found out about this site on a thread discussing Crypto-Trade.com (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=149458.0).

I visited https://cryptotrade.exchange and have to say it seems very suspicious! The site link was posted here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=149458.msg11719691#msg11719691) by a user who said they found this exchange on Google.

When visiting the site it looks very dormant, with their links to BCT thread and Reddit not working and many references to "CryptoTrade" throughout the site.

Has anyone used this site?

Hi everyone.

Sorry for the long summer delay and lack of functionality on CryptoTradeEX.

Answering to those who asked if we have anything to share with the CryptoTrade exchange that went down some time ago, the answer is no.
We only share the similarity of the name, with the main difference that we are called "CryptoTradeEx" and they were called "CryptoTrade".

CryptoTradeEx just restored the operations and removed all the 0 BTC volume alt coins market. Manual withdraw of your funds is deactivated so if you still have funds on CTE please contact support via mail at: support@cryptotrade.exchange or via helpdesk.

We will provide to send your coins back promptly, and we apologise for the lack of service happened in the last 2 months.

Many things are changed in the CryptoTradeEx backline, including new partners, new backend dedicated servers, new dedicated anti-dos hardware. We also gathered forces with some collaborators to increase website support activity and responsiveness.

CTE staff decided also to remove all the minor coins markets cause most of them were dead and because we started a different approach regarding new coins add.

Many news and communication will come in the next days, so stay tuned on our official thread or twitter account: https://twitter.com/CryptoTradeEx

The 0% trading fees will remain active for our traders pleasure.

Do not hesitate to contact us for removed markets coins refund as soon as possible in the event that you still had funds on CryptoTradeEx related to the missing markets.

We apologise again for the lack of service of the previous months a we guarantee that this will not happen again in CTE future, hoping in a constant growth of our trading volume and interests from new users.

Our best regards,

CryptoTradeEx Public Team
