Willing to give out 0.0005 btc + special surprise for the first to register me a payivy account(I have trouble registering one because of some captcha problems)

If there is a need for an escrow: I will not cover the tx fees. This is a small bounty, so its not worth escrowing the funds and get a 0.0002 btc cut because of the tx fees.

I... think I registered for you?  The problem is that it the forms all clear out when I press the blue register button, there is no confirmation message whatsoever.

There should be a recaptcha button before the blue register button.But I can see i either.
