What is this?

Each person has to send in .5 per slot in the raffle.
Multiple slots are possible.
Each raffle has 10 slots.
It is on a first come first serve basis.
As soon as the 10 slots are filled, the raffle shall held and the winner shall be announced.

The extra 2 BTC is for shipping and if shipping cost is lower, balance is divided and sent out to individuals who haven’t won.

Say John in the US wins a raffle  and he bought 2 tickets. The the balance of 1 BTC is divided between the 8 other slots.
