http://bitcoinist.net/cloudways-now-accepts-bitcoin/
"Cloudways is a platform where services should see their websites loading faster, on average a whopping 100% faster Cloudways claims. This is thanks to special optimizations, utilizing the latest in server load balancing technology as well as Varnish, Memcached, Apache and Nginx.

Cloudways also keeps everything secure and up to date through automatic OS patches. This, as well as over 15 performance metrics, can be accessed in Cloudways console, allowing the user to quickly monitor all aspects of their cloud hosting to make sure nothing runs awry.

“Cloudways always ensures that its platform is secure and up to date with the latest OS patches thanks to the auto-update feature of the state-of-the-art cloud console. The console also enables the users to access over 15+ performance-related metrics with a single click. Cloudways’ console has an integrated monitoring mechanism system which generates pictorial reports for the metrics that help users determine how well their web applications are performing.”

As an example of Cloudways open mindfulness, innovation, and strive to please customers, Bitcoin is now accepted for all of Cloudways web hosting services.

“Cloudways have always believed in innovation and bringing the best to the cloud hosting community. We are proud to introduce Bitcoin as one of our payment options,” Pere Hospital, Co-Founder of Cloudways said. “We, here at Cloudways, always strive on being the people’s favorite and it is hard to deny the popularity that Bitcoin, a ‘free and open’ currency model, has been able to garner so far. This is what makes this integration a perfect fit for Cloudways and Bitcoin. After the introduction of Bitcoin, Cloudways continues to show its commitment to serve the needs of its customers and embrace emerging technologies.”

With global availability allowing you to select from 15 global locations to host your server, 99.99% uptime, and an optimized stack, Cloudways was always a strong contender when looking for a cloud server. Now that they accept Bitcoin, there’s one more reason."

Bitcoin needs some large corporate brands to integrate bitcoin to the payment system for bitcoin to really become known in the public eye and for it to be accepted because bitcoin does have a negative look to it, but let's hope in the next few years it will be more incorporated.

is always good to see that more and more companys are adopting the BTC, even if i never hear about it, the good thing about it is that those news are always good for us, the more news like, the more ppl that will start to know about bout BTC.

so in the end even if this company is nto so important, is always a very good news Smiley

another day that i fell happy because of things like that.

IMHO #1.b of suspects, Hal Finney is/was S.N.

these kinds of news are always nice and shows that people are accepting bitcoin and there are real places that you can spend your bitcoin and not just stash them away.
but they are always small time and have no important effect on the market whatsoever.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

I totally agree and the more companies that incorporate it let's the average person see that bitcoin logo in the payment options and might make them question what that actually is and create another bitcoin user.

CloudFare is the only service of this kind that I know. They definitely have the monopoly now. Every other website that I stumble upon has that "connecting through CloudFare" thing. Its literally everywhere. I never heard of Cloudways.

It only makes sense for a cloud type business to not lag behind and start taking more payment options, esp when bitcoin is such an efficient one. Not even to mention the similar tech backgrounds between the company and this payment tech.

First time i heard about cloudways i would give it a try, well more acceptance is better then just waiting for bigger companies to accept bitcoin has we know we ratter support good small companies to take bitcoin for their services then the big corp giants in the industry.

will be checking out the service now and see hows the bitcoin experience with cloudways.

It is not so important announcement imo. It is just some minor company and market niche they are representing is quite marginal. What is good in this whole situation, that we need to start somewhere.
Of course it would be totally awesome if Google would accept bitcoin or Facebook but maybe next time we will have more and more small and medium companies accepting BTC.
