What would you like in an Advertising Network?

We are in process of setting up a full featured advertising network. And would like to know what preferences would be in reference to features that you would like on an ad network in light of all the complaints we have seen on the forums. If you have any unique features you would like to see, please point it out now. We have decided to use a pay per click system, and may add options for views or other methods depending on suggestions or both. We want to setup a network that will keep everyone happy at all times, don't want any accusations of not paying out, or stepping on the toes of other networks. Without competition no one will improve their services to compete. We want this service to make becoming a publisher simple for anyone with a site/blog/whatever.

Please state any thing you find wrong with networks you have used before but this is not a pissing match we only want the features you dont like and which ones you do like so we know what to add/remove. So please dont link or mention other networks when describing dislikes as we are not out to step on toes here.

There is already very hard competition on this market, profit margins are ridiculously small or even negative! I very much doubt you will be able to earn some tangible amounts.

The profits wont matter, our server can handle one more page on it, so feedback anyone? If we make .01 btc a month on the site we are in good shape.
