Dear miners! We have just released dashminer software version 1.1. The links are on official website. This is a mandatory update, please update as soon as possible. Update includes Fiji bins (probably quite slow now, but better than nothing) and updated GCN bins. We've also increased the base rate from 0.25 to 0.26 DASH. Thanks! If you haven't updated to dashminer 1.1 yet - please do so. This should get you some extra speed. Also it has better antivirus ratings on virustotal. There were some concerns regarding the virustotal results a few pages ago. Current result is 5/55, pretty good I think. Thanks

Hi,
I just saw/read your post on the NiceHash thread. Is there a way to mine on DashMiner with the hashing power from NiceHash? I do not have my own mining rig.
Thanks

Been using the new version and I'm noticing that while my local statistics are showing a constant rate, the recorded rate of submission showing on the web site is extremely sporadic. Within 10 - 20 minutes at a time, the submission rate would jump as high as 125% and as low as 50%. Before the submission rate was relatively steady, between 75% to 100%. This is on an R9 280X. While the average at 87.5% is great. My miner seems to be more unstable, freezing several times a day and requiring restarts, loosing hashes in the process. Also, this miner runs really hot. I can mine X11 with wolf0 bin and rarely ever go past 75C, this miner is at a constant 85C or higher for me. I think there's still quite a bit of optimization to work on. The payout here is great, but seemingly at the cost of less efficiency. I really want to keep mining here. Just wondering if there is anything that can be done. Thanks.

No, sorry. The service is for AMD GPU rig owners. Thanks

The payout here is great, but seemingly at the cost of less efficiency. I really want to keep mining here. Just wondering if there is anything that can be done. Thanks. Hi! Thanks for mining with us and please see below for answers to your 2 questions: 1. The server statistics is not very accurate, because it is calculated base on the number of shares you submit to the server. We increased default difficulty from 0.01 to 0.1 and this makes the statistics jumpy. This does in no way affect how much you earn per day. If you have a relatively large rig (10+ GPUs) then your statistics will be relatively constant. On small rigs (less than 3 GPUs) this is more visible. As mentioned before, this does not affect the daily payout. Smaller share difficulty requires more internet bandwidth. But thanks for pointing this out, I will look into decreasing the default difficulty a bit in a few days. 2. Yes, this kernel produces some more heat because it is faster than Wolf's. That's why we're paying more to miners. As for stability... I recommend decreasing the overclocking or lowering intensity. A lot of miners just reuse their existing X11 configs and keep using their overclocking values. I recommend to adjust them and decrease GPU frequency. Thanks!

I am interested in mining with dashminer, but it seems much slower and cards much hotter. My average x11 hashrate on any other pool using sgminer and wolf0's bin is 3.7 per r9 270 and temps never hit 70. With dashminer it shows 45% for speed, my math might be off but it seems I should be up around 78% if 4.84 is 100%. Am I missing something or am I really giving up that much speed using dashminer?

Sorry, yes. Your math is completely wrong. Don't count megahashes at all. Only count payout per day. 45% is 0.45 * 0.00394BTC == 0.001773 BTC per day per R9 270. (0.00394BTC per 100% is today's rate) And now compare this 0.001773 BTC per day with whatever you were paid before per day for each card. Also dashminer software shows you income per day in DASH coins. DASH to BTC exchange is around 0.0013 now. Also there is a daily bonus, which is around 10% - 20%. Thanks!

Hi! Congratulations for the good work @dashminer! Currently accepted / rejected speed per worker is 1 hour 30 minutes of mining! Is it possible to extend these time limits and make them similar to those of the attached picture? Thanks!

I already have it in the system, it is just not displayed. I hope to implement it over the weekend. Thanks!

Have anybody Linux config file for exapmle? I've tried to run dashminer on BAMT 1.3 32-bit but error "Segmentation fault" has occured. P.S. Latest sgminer works fine. AMD 14.6 drivers.
