Gold is constantly growing over last time, and probably will do so some time. Because of this I want to ask, do somebody interesting in buying some gold as an investment?
If yes, at what price you will agree and at what price you can buy gold right now?

Just wait a bit if you want to buy gold. It should make a correction during october, maybe around 1740-1700.

Working on adding that right in! I sell a variety of bullion coins including copper pennies and have wanted to add bitcoins as a form of payment to the website. It's a process but hopefully a very useful one for people who invest in coins or even just like searching coins for numismatics.

For a mid- to long-term retirement investment you can open a self directed Gold IRA. These guys [www.americanbullion.com] do it but others do too. However, it is always a good idea to also have some accessible physical (gold & silver). Ultimately silver probably has the most growing potential, I would recommend 50:50 purchase in $ value depending how much you can invest. There is also closed ETF like PHYS, CEF, PSLV which actually have real bullions. Stay clear of GLD and SLV that are paper based and bound for a disaster. For a more diversified portfolio, if you purchase some TGLDX, you will also get some mining shares (~80%) exposure. Miners are well undervalued at the moment and this mutual fund has done remarkably well over the past 10+ years. Again, do what you are comfortable with. Good luck.

I would agree about holding some physical gold, however, there is a considerable mark up over spot price and when you sell, you will be offered less than spot price. Therefore you require quite an increase to make a profit. there are also issues with insurance and theft etc if holding physical gold in your home.

Beware of the gold for BTC sellers. I have used several and while most are OK, some do not ship anything!
