Were they on DHCP?  They might now have a different address.

I would download MultiMiner or another similar app and see if it can find the miners on your network.

When you say you can't login.  Are you seeing the login screen on a IP?   Or are you not able to connect to miner?

I also recommend MultiMiner if you aren't sure about networking.

Did they run on static IP's.  If so:

Are both using the same IP address assignments? Ex if old one was 192.168.1.X new one is also the same?     (Just making sure moving you did not change)

If not static and dhcp log into router and see connected devices.  Try the IP's and see if any connect to miner's.

This is not a internet connection problem but a networking issue at this point.

do you have cable?

do you have a modem?

do you have a router?

just a modem ?  if just a modem with 1 ethernet  cable jack

 how do connect the pc and the s-3's  with a switch?

http://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-ProSafe-Gigabit-Ethernet-Desktop/dp/B0000BVYT3/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1435630753&sr=8-4&keywords=8+port++gigabyte+switch

then  do you have windows 7? or windows 8?

if you do download angry ip

http://angryip.org/download/#windows

it will tell you your pc and other gear on the network.
