Also you can get approved on bitmedia if you apply and then email the support 24 hours after you applied ( so they know you and your site is real)

The support told me that they get tons of fake applications and it slows them down a bit but if you contact them, they will approve your site faster.

The best one is adsense but they will surely ban these kind of faucet sites. Hence Bitmedia is the best option for faucet sites.
