I would try to find out who send it. what I do with it depends on my findings. don't wanna spend NSA's money accidentally  

just use mixers.

and find a way to looks like you got hacked and someone else transferred your funds before you could even know that you received them, in case whoever sent you money wanna sue you to get the coins back.

Do you really thing that 100 BTC is something that NSA would really fight for? I think they spend more with coffee monthly

Half of it would go on trading and the other half would be a starting capital for a project I have in mind. 100BTC might not be much for everybody but bitcoin is bitcoin and even 5btc matters alot
