Hi all.  I think I got carried away this morning, I cleared my cookies and form data on my phone so when I tried to login I couldn't remember my password so went to reset it by being asked my question and choosing a new password.  I tried this on my phone and kept mistyping on my phone so I jumped on my work laptop to try it and kept getting the 45 second message.  I finally changed it then went to login and got the message I was banned from the forum and to email acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com which I have done.

I am assuming I got banned because I kept trying to quickly and then getting question wrong and moving onto my work laptop which is a vpn when I work from home.

If this is correct then I have learned the lesson of patience

What is your previous account? That email is the one associated with accounts being banned because there is evidence they were compromised.

You should send an email to that email address from the email address that was previously associated with your account.

Post your concerns in the Technical Support section and you will have access to your account back in a heart beat. As long at you didn't do anything to get your account banned. Same thing happened to me and It was fixed within minutes. Good luck! Wink

I thought that would be the case so I followed the process and came here so it would be nice if I could get a nice turnaround as I'm missing my account Smiley
