Card is not activated yet... I have to go some website and activate it, but I do not want to do it.

Tell your friend to send the receipt, so both the seller(you) and the buyer will stay safe and not getting in trouble.

I will ask her... But as I remember she paid for this card from her bank account to some local company bank account in Estonia.  She got this card by ordinary mail and after all this give it to me in hand What can else I can ask her?
