Well the thing is paypal is reversible, high risk.. thats why you should pay higher fees :l although 35% is too high.

Actually  PM is a private message and not public.
Well the receiver decided to make it public.
Then he should have said too, that I wrote its high on the very first transaction only.
And whoever has even the slightest rep. here, gets better rate even on  the first transaction...

Dont know if its true, but someone had written, the recommended commercial site takes even up to 50%

If you think i take too much, then see the list here: https://localbitcoins.com/buy-bitcoins-online/usd/paypal/
And you wont be able to fulfill the asked properties for the cheapest ~10 offers, so dont take the cheapest offer for to compare with my rate.
This is where the marketrate for PP is.
Here in Bitcointalk the rate of scammers is def. higher that at LBC, so i wonder how the guys who offer +5% to a newbie will survive...

im not newbie and also im not looking for +5% like i said i can go up to 15%
and also your the newbie here.. maybe you should build more trust here our make your rank high
so that its reasonable for you for +35% transaction fee..
its not easy to earn money online So that i cant give you my money like that..
maybe you should understand that..

No I dont want to make me higher than anybody else.
And the 5% that i mentioned was not related to you. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Whenever I am the btc seller and i accept escrow, my newbiestatus is not relevant as i receive the PP.
Then the only relevant thing is, what is the status of the PP-Payer.
I just wanted to show the common market rates for PP-trading...

Yes I am still fighting against a 600USD chargeback at PP that a payer-scammer did to me. So maybe you can understand that also the btc-seller dont has anything for free to spend.
Actually it was just an offer and nobody is angry if you dont like it...its even understandable...

...and you are a newbie. There is ZERO feedback.

And if you dont want to pay high premium for PP, then buy from me with OKpay. Its only 2.5% above bitstamp ;-)

like i said it not a good reason for us also to suffer for what other people do to you
rank in this forum is not about the feedback..its about how long and your activity
i dont usually do trading maybe thats why i dont have feedback ..

Sorry, was very busy this week!  Unfortunately I don't even consider trading with newbies with no trust for now, unless they are sending first with an irreversible payment method, like bitcoin.

I would agree with you on the fees they charge are outrageus!
They charged me $3.6o on a $39 sent as a gift. Reason being buyer was in Slavic country.
I don't usually get charged to send within my own country, so this was a shock.
I now ask for the paypal fees upfront from the seller that I know i am going to get charged.
