so can i get my account after 60days or 14days ?   Permanent ban means that you as a person is banned , dont ever think of creating a second account or post outside meta , or else your ban period will extend twice of the former. so bad luck !! 2x infinity =  Creating multiple account is not illegal on this forum(Heard some-where in this forum)
That is correct. But the following acts are treated as illegal in this forum:(I assume these through my common sense)
1. Answering or talking with Alts to maximize post counts.
2. Exploiting trust system
3. Exploiting for signature campaign
All these above activities often lead to Ban.
Its probably best if you stick to the already present (inofficial) collection of rules[1] instead of imagining your own. E.g. the trust system is not moderated and while spamming trust might lead to a ban other forms of "exploitation" do not. -snip-

IMHO you should refund the coins. You sold an account free to use after all and Uptrend.se did only get an account that was working 5 minutes. Not that a scam accusation against a banned account makes any sense, but I would have no reason to see this not as a scam. You got paid for something you did not deliver. If these rules are not followed what would stop others from exploiting trusted users from buying timebomb accounts that are known from the seller to possibly be banned in the near future. Seems like a scam j0b to me, cause anybody can do this and make 0.12btc per account like you did and not be trustworthy. For shame Bitcoinday  |

If you fear you are buying an account about to be banned or neg bombed, ask the escrow to hold the account for a few days and only release the coins if the account is ok

if you got permabanned it means the admin thinks you're one of the worst spammers.
Either that or its not the first ban. I dont think BadBear would ban even the worst possible spammer permanently, but at the very least give them a chance by sitting out a 14/60 day ban and learn from their mistake. i get banned 14days 3 month ago because im not know about sign campaign rules and im never earn more bitcoin just a litle amount from sign campaign, after it 1month ago i get full paid from signcampaign and i know how to earn bitcoin with sign campaign, i try buy more acc, newbie (pot fm) member ( pot. Sr member, defaulted LOAN), also pure full member then i earning only 2week and now i get banned >_< hope i can get 2nd chance maybe banned 60days Your shit sob story is not making you any more liked. I really hope your ban stays permanent.  You were lucky to sell the account before it was banned, if only the buyer was smart enough to escrow and ask the escrow to do a quick check through the posts. |

earlier today... Full of spam and other crap, account was banned 5 minutes after I purchased the account.
I PM'd bitcoinday1, but he refused to refund me. Not surprised, lol.
and now... I can confirm that I have received 0.12 BTC from Bitcoindays. I appreciate his integrity.
