This would increase fraud.

MtGox need to be transparent.

MtGox is very well protected aganist DDoS attacks, they are using http://www.prolexic.com/ for their protection.

Not seeing MtGox running over hidden service anytime soon.

Wouldn't that also be extremely slow? I'd hate to be trying to trade via TOR.
