Please hellp me!! Im a begginer and im having a problem Sad((

I registered on a wesite, paymium.com, and add 0.8 BTC on my account. Then, i made a transcation to my adress in a store website.

The transaction shows up in Paymium, and my BTC are certainly not here anymore !! Wink :p But there are not on the other website either !! But it said transactions need 3 confirmations and on the internet, it says it should last 10min to 3 hour max, but its been 6 hours and nothing happens !! When I click on the adress i got this :

https://blockchain.info/address/1Lq5Cqbmk7cEgrEYgd19hSMyiNvrjoBkuW

Saying No transaction has been done yet or treated by network !!

But paymium does confirm my transaction had been done to that adress..
So please what should i do ?

Thanks a lot for ALL yuour advices Smiley

Are you sure you sent the Bitcoin to the right address? I have never heard of paymium before, but if they are like every other Bitcoin wallet, they should provide you a transaction id for your transaction. Can you post that here?

I am quite sure there are no coins in the address you provided, it is confirmed by 2 other blockexplorers:
http://btc.blockr.io/address/info/1Lq5Cqbmk7cEgrEYgd19hSMyiNvrjoBkuW
https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/address/1Lq5Cqbmk7cEgrEYgd19hSMyiNvrjoBkuW

So where did you send the coins from? An exchange? Your own address in your wallet?

Go to the wallet or exchange, your should be able to find the id of your last transaction. Examine the transaction on the blockexplorers to see which address the coins are sent to. You can post it here so more people can help you.

This is not a bitcoin problem.  This is a paymium problem.  If paymium says that a transaction from paymium to that address is done, they are wrong.  Contact paymium and complain.  They need to fix their problem.  Nobody here can fix it for you.

Note:

It is not necessary to ask the exact same question twice.  You will only split the conversation and make it more confusing and more difficult to get a good answer.

Please click the "lock topic" link in the lower left corner of the other thread to prevent anybody else from replying in that thread.

Anyone that wants to participate in the conversation can join in this thread here.

EDIT:  IT looks like Paymium must have fixed their problem.  The address has now received 0.8921 BTC

you already got your coins in your address. i think the problem is on paymium's side for having slow on transactions like this, i assume this is like a withdraw so it needs time for your transaction to be processed by them
