So if i make now 180 posts, My activity will be 180? or No..

no. your activity will stop at 28 or 42 because you only posted in 2/3 [1] two-weeks periods.

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is updated every hour.

[1] I still don't know if everyone uses the same activity period no matter when they registered. hence the little confusion. if someone can clarify it I will be grateful

Yes, the "period" are the same for everyone.
A new period will start when the unix time is a multiple of 1210000, so the next period will start on 07 Jul at 11:53:20 UTC for both you and me and every other persons.
