^^ If you can find someone willing to download the wallet and verify your signed adrress then maybe you could sell the account for about 0.5-0.8 btc but with most posts in the altcoin section it will still be hard to sell.
People often buy account for signature campaigns and some campaigns dom't take people who post in altcoin sections.

Number of posts doesn't affect the price of the account but post quality, signed message and trust feedback will affect its price. IMO your account only worth .3 to .4btc with your given details
