It's a virtual RDP therefore you are sharing the bandwith with the entire server and its vServers.
(That is actually the case for most vServers you'll find.) I'll remove the information because it's misleading for most users.

It basically just means that you get access to 1000 Mbit/s but I can not guarantee that you'll have full 1000 Mbit/s all the time.
The bandwith is more than enough for most of the stuff though.
