Question about selling localbitcoins account

Before i will brake any rules here i will asking, is it allowed to sell a loclabitcoin acccount (0 trades) but all verfied by id card sms and email.

it does not matter if you do it here or in another forum, it is forbidden to sell your account to someone else, due to the possibility of some malicious user that want to scam by buying heavily trusted account
