This is the only thing I've found. Not sure if I'm missing something on another site (which I probably am). Fill me in though cuz i would like to bet on this.
There is a better option which is Fairlay, they have a market on the vote (yes @ 1.4) as well as a market for

Whether 1.4 or 1.49 is better, depends on which side of the bet you are. It's not a one-way street.

Thank you for the guide!

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Why can we bet only in 1 option?

Don't bring to bitcointalk your shitty scams. I'll try them and tell the truth.

Actually, I'm talking about this one: http://www.directbet.eu/Event.cshtml?EventID=27478353

@DirectDice

Actually, I didn't make my bet yesterday in the evening, on your site, because it was down to 1.34. 10 minutes ago, it was 1.44. Now again, it is 1.37 again,  Cry

What algorithm do you use do calculate odds? Btw, your site is not clear about when is the deadline to place my bet. I though it was today, 6 AM, but it seems it is still open.

Someone recommended BetMoose, yesterday evening I was unable to find this:

https://www.betmoose.com/bet/grexit-greek-bailout-referendum-2015-1202
Now it's there again; confusing.

OK, we still have time 'til the evening, which site gives me the best odds if I want to bet on the YES on today's Greek referendum? I only want to bet - as for today - on the referendum, no Grexit, and such.

Oh, and BetMoose has this one, as well: https://www.betmoose.com/bet/greek-will-vote-no-in-referendum-1201

And we have Fairlay: https://www.fairlay.com/predict/registered/new/greece-referendum-will-result-in-a-yes-1/

And Predictious: https://www.predictious.com/politics/greek-bailout-referendum

I have to add, BetMoose, Fairlay and, Predictious are completely counterintuitive to me; the only intuitive site is, Directbet with a clear (although not favorable) odd offering.

Compare, UK mainstream fiat sites offered the YES at 4/9, the NO at 7/4.

Help in explaining betting odds, UK and US style: http://www.online-betting.me.uk/articles/understanding-betting-odds.html

You have still time 'til the evening to educate me about these sites and recommend me one with good odds, thanks!

Now the site shows 4:00 (4 AM? - what is this?) and that it is a one-way street, I can only vote for the NO, but not for the YES!? What kind of bookmaker are you?

Hi manicminer,

Thank you for your question.

Both options are available now : Greece Bailout Referendum

If you can't find a particular bet selection it means that we temporarily do not have odds for it, as was the case here. When that happens please try again later.

The event is currently LIVE and odds might fluctuate in LIVE events or close to the events start time.

Please feel free to contact support@directbet.eu if you have any more questions or if you need any help and they will be happy to help you.

Thanks a lot.

All the Best,

Michelle

Sure. Just 2 questions:

- http://www.directbet.eu/Event.cshtml?EventID=27478353
What does 06:00 mean at the top? I have no idea.

- It would be interesting to know, what algorithm do you use to fluctuate the odds? I mean, mainstream betting sites come op with an odd and that's it.

I strongly hope it just goes for a big yes, at the time it's at 3.05 so it would be a big hit.

I can't believe the odds for ' No ' is so low. ' Yes ' odds was 1.49 a few days before the referendum

The time is the event start time (when betting turns in-play) and it is based on the time zone of your computer.
It is a multi-day bet, and you feature a single time stamp, without a date. Do you think anyone in this topic understand what are you talking about, besides you? I don't think so.

We rely on our data providers for odds.
Would you care to tell the name of such provider? Feel free to tell: secret, if so. Though I am sure I can find it in the HTML code, if I look at it.

Hi manicminer,

Thank you for your questions.

If there is no date it means that the event is taking place Today (there is no date shown for Today's events).

That's the way it is for all events at DirectBet. In this case the vote is taking place today and that's why the date is not shown.

Regarding the odds, I am sorry but unfortunately I can not provide that information.

Thanks again !

All the Best,

Michelle

I really hope you went with 'no' Smiley

Funny how everyone predicted a yes. Even went so far as to say that 1.49 odds are good for yes.

@DirectDice

The page says: This bet earned you [ x ] loyalty points.

You need [ y ] more loyalty points by the end of this month to receive your next milestone reward of [ z ] BTC.

The question is, how do I claim this? I haven't registered with the site.

I also have a Bitcoin Transaction ID.

@yoloer808

You can read about my hedging strategy for this bet on the 1st page of this thread  Tongue

I didn't find Dbs answer too clear . I usually just email their support with a BET id with the payout to the same address I usually use and they just credit the milestone reward to that bet id .
