first its in wrong section.
second and most important is you dont have any colletreal so no loan for abrand new without one..

You need 10$ for investment ? What are you, like 10yo or something?
Noone will give you a non-collateral loan here, not even for a buck, so you should chase some faucets if you're searching for dust money.

ask your mother/friends for 10USD or provide valid collateral. anyway, amount is so small, that nobody will even bother himself with you.
