OKPay, these guys are crazy?

Here is my story with OKPay. I registered to their site and of course... the verifications! I use in the past to verify without any problem whatever account, paypal, skrill, only with the id documents but these guys are crazy I even imagined they will ask for something else like bill payments or whatever. So after I sent them my ID and when I see a extra verification like bill paymets papers I say ok... let's send that too but they want the bills to be issued on the same account which was registered(my name of course) but I live with my parrents and my parrents pay the bills also if I pay them are useless because are issued on my parrents name but the address from the bills are the same from the address on my ID so I sayed them 3 times(btw their support staff are the worst on this planet) I live with my parrents and is impossible.

Yes I know now i'm complain because I don't read their TOS but I even imagined will be like that. So now they have my info + documents and I got an unverified account. Also I read on the web... they are scammy too much people compalin about them. Also I don't own any bank accounts to scan bills from the bank issued on my name. What's wrong with these guys u can't verify an account if u don't own a house or you don't have a bank account.
