I left enough info to show that I sent $71 worth of BTC from an address that blockchain.info says had $61. The other blockchain explorers were also reporting $61 worth of BTC in that address.

You should scan your computer for viruses and malware immediately  Grin
Are you using tor to connect to blockchain wallet?

I don't have a blockchain.info wallet, I use it as a block explorer.

I thought a virus did that to your browser  Cheesy
Didn't know you want to mask your address and info.

Blockexplorer hasn't been working for a long time. Look at their latest block, it's still at "2015-06-01 21:31:38"
Use https://www.blocktrail.com

I checked your address (1GxA) in blockchain.info again, nothing seems wrong. USD amounts ads up. What was the problem before?

The first attempt at sending the coins failed and I had to break it up into 2 transactions.

What am I missing here?

EDIT:

oh and that was CDN dollars.

EDIT 2:

where did this - address come from I didn't send the coins there i sent them to -.

Ok, figured out this address... brain fart here

But there's still unanswered questions regarding these transactions.

Like,
why did I have to make two separate transactions? (the first transaction trying to send all 0.212 at once failed)
why do all the block explorers report that - had 0.182 BTC when the wallet says it had 0.212 and infact I was able to send 0.212?
when I look at the input history, it seems to indicate (I might just be confused) that transactions I made a month ago were actually occurring now.

Everything made sense with this address until the 28th of June when I had to upgrade p2pool to v14.

It may have been caused because of a malware. Check if you have installed any add-on/extension from untrusted/shady/untrustworthy developer.

Are you running any command? Is this happening when you run that script?

I think I figured most of this out, sorry for exposing y'all to my confusion here.

Locking this thread.

EDIT:

It was the mycelium HD wallet sneaking fresh address in on me that did it.

EDIT 2:

Ok, there's still a few questions here... but everything still add up in the end.
