Can the Philippines PLEASE get their own sub-section?

The only reason I know is because of our kababayans that has secondstrade and yobit signature cuz you know participants under the mentioned signature campaigns were monitored closely due to increasing spammy posts and shit posters in the forum. And if we're going to check our local thread, mostly you can see them as our thread is not that moderated.

That's just my opinion and I might be wrong but low quality posters on our local thread will be a hindrance on implementing our own sub forum. Still I am hoping one day , we will have our own sub forum.

And up to over 450.000 views; up 50.000 (>10%) in just 10 days...

Well there are few Pilipinos that has a legendary account in here. Some of them has been in the field of bitcoin and I think they know well enough about the rules. Also I think google translate will work. If not then maybe if mods still think that a veteran Pilipino member is worthy to mederate our requested sub-forum, maybe they can volunteer theirselves tochelp in translating oir language to English. I also think us Pilipinos' won't let those rule breakers to just roam around without doing our role us a member of this forum, that is to maintain order and to keep following the rules.

Well there are few Pilipinos that has a legendary account in here. Some of them has been in the field of bitcoin and I think they know well enough about the rules. Also I think google translate will work. I agree there are high ranking filipino members here in the forum that know the rules well but the question is where are they? Are they active? The answer is they are not so active here. And for the moderator, admins should have a trust on the possible filipino moderator first before they can grant our request IMO

a. That might be a valid reason, but... Why not say so then? That can be overcome, once openly discussed; BUT,

b. Another sub-section I participate in is the Croatian one and that started even WITHOUT a moderator! (The current moderator was installed MONTHS after the start of that sub-section...)

Moderator will not be a problem, there are filipinos been around here for long and some are still active, but not much in Philippines thread because they just being caspers themselves, i saw once before the other guy just posted to warn the filipino who was obeying the rules that time and hes a high rank member, they will surely come when invoke.

Is this your first forum to visit kabayan??? Activity of a user like posting in a local thread is really not a basis (perhaps in every forum) for a user to be considered as INACTIVE. And for your example, Dabs last activity is October 23. And he is not the only one qualified for being a mod. Im not posting too much in the local thread too but I watched it everyday, let's say Im a legendary rank now, so you can consider my status as inactive?  And FYI not all moderators are legendary and need to be high rank as long as it is trusted like you said.

The inactivity of the Pilipino high ranked members in our local board is not really a basis to say that indeed they are inactive in the forum mate. Some of them avoid to spend much time on the local board as you know the rules that once you had your account too involved in the local board, it's a low quality one. I believe that there are here in the forum and just roamig around. I do it often not to post and just read stuffs before so maybe they are doing the same.

thats not my point, what im saying is they dont have so much time to spend in this forum or atleast in our local thread so they can monitor it everynow and then specially when it is needed, ranks only matter for the purpose of they are here for a long time now and they know all the rules here

then that only means that they dont deserve to me a MOD isnt it? they shouldnt care much about their posts quality (since you pointed this out) if they really care for our local thread so in short its a NO NO in that case

let us use Dabs for example on that matter, he runs a gambling site here and a signature campaign in the past but during the time of the signature campaign he dont have much time to answer some queries so i guess its just a proof that he is busy in real life and for the others, we even created a list that run for about 1month now and they didnt even list their accounts right? and if you check the list you will notice what im saying
