A local exchange offered me a job when we have our own board or sub-section. So, there's that, for me.
That sure is a good opportunity. A lot of us (Pinoys) might just open a shopify store with the bitcoin option, I myself have plans to create a free delivery gadget store just within my area, I've already applied as a reseller on facebook supplier. A sub forum can definitely help as a marketing channel. That's interesting and I'd love to use such services if ever someone will launch one. I will look forward to that. BTW where is your area? Is it somewhere in metro Manila?

I am surprised that the Philippines subforum (well, sub-thread) is that huge. To be honest it's the first time I've ever looked at the "Other languages" section and i've been in here for years now. It was a pleasant surprise. With that amount of posts, I think they deserve a subforum.. if a country will benefit from Bitcoin, those are countries like Philippines.
Yes hundreds of pages of post Almost 20 unique users That's the issue. ~BCX~ And that's still a LOT more unique POSTERS than a lot of the other dedicated language sections (like: Dutch, Croatian, Hebrew to name a few...).

[...] OP thanks! And finally the other languages/locations section isn't constantly updated by Philippinos... LOL You're very welcome! This really was the main (only) reason I started this thread... I have no interest in the Philippines whatsoever, I do read a lot of the other languages in that section though...

I am a multiglot and do speak a lot of languages (more than 10) but mostly Indo-European ones (they are in the same linguistic family) and some ancient ones (Latin, Greek). I really started this thread because I started noticing the other languages/locations topic being updated all the time by Philippinos. Once I noticed the amounts I decided to go for it. I am really happy you got your own section. Yes, mainly because you don't bother me any more but I certainly am happy for you (all Philippinos) too. I hope you make good use of this opportunity. Good luck and have fun!!!

Try to visit embassies like Indonesia, Russia or Malaysia. I have a team mate who received a free lessons for learning the Russian language, same with Bahasa Indonesia and free lessons are done on a week ends so no problem if you work on a week day.

Rizal was a polyglot im thinking that might help me if i can do what he had done Thank you, but I cannot really help you there; I was born from parents from different backgrounds in a country that was not "ours". So I was born and raised on several languages. Further more I was simply born with the intelligence to be able to go to the Dutch "Gymnasium" High schools, which means you get to learn Dutch, English, French, German, Latin and Greek for starters. I got interested in Spain during my studies (and later on in live bought property there), so I got that language too... But you have already gotten a lot of help here and all I can tell you it takes practice (use it, or lose it). Reading al the different fora (languages) on a regular basis helps...
