FBI agents raided iconic Subway pitchman Jared Fogle’s Indiana home amid a child porn investigation Tuesday.

The 37-year-old was detained outside of his Zionsville house as a special taskforce removed electronics from the property and took them to a mobile forensics van parked in his driveway, WTHR reported.

Fogle's wife and kids left just after the 6:30 a.m. raid began, local media reported.

He was not immediately arrested.

I don't know about that, sounds like Jared preferred the 6 inch.

This is a pretty damning article. The guy wasn't even arrested and the NY news is acting as if he was convicted. Don't get me wrong, the accusations are awful but what if they find he didn't actually do what they think...his rep is ruined. I wonder how many page views the NY Daily rec'd for this headline?

Typical of the media these days to use baiting catch phrases to lure readers in. And also typical of the overreaction by sponsors seeking to distance themselves from anything they perceive MAY harm their reputation. This liberal PC infested U.S. has turned from innocent until proven guilty to guilty until proven innocent, as far as the media is concerned.

Try reading the article posted at Fox News and you will see that Jared was NOT the one being investigated for child porn. He has NOT been charged with a crime by Federal Law Enforcement officials. It is in fact the Chief Executive of Jared's charity who was found in possession of and attempting to distribute child pornography. The reason Jared's home and personal electronic devices were being searched has yet to be announced, but it is likely the Feds were seeking any information which could have implicated him or that showed he knew of the other guy's child porn collection. But, the Feds found nothing linking Jared to it.

Harry Hood is right though. Regardless of the outcome, Jared's name has already been dragged through the mud and his name will forever be tarnished.

The Jared Foundation has always been a shady group. Earlier this year, Russell Taylor, one of the key functionaries, was arrested on child pornography charges. And now Jared Fogle is being arrested for the same offence. It seems to me that the Jared Foundation is some sort of pedophile community, which camouflages itself as a nonprofit organization.

Bryant, read the article, bro. Jared wasn't arrested and isn't being charged.

You are right. But he will be arrested soon and charged with the possession of child pornography, once the FBI is able to collect the evidence.

Fogle was not charged with a crime or detained by investigators, and drove off alongside lawyer Ron Elberger without making a comment.

I am 100% sure that this guy is involved in storing CP. His close connection with the convicted pedophile Russell Taylor is a strong evidence to prove this.

i wonder what his political affiliation is? If he's a Republican I wouldn't put it past the Dems to try to pin this on him in an effort to further slander Republicans.

Why do we have to bring politics into a CP investigation?  I highly doubt somebody would get let off/wrongly charged just based on how they vote.  This guy isn't even that famous, just a random guy from a fast food commercial.  It would be another thing if he was a politician or publicly endorsed one party, but really that has nothing to do with it.
