There are some factor...
Each account have different time of membership
For Example , You got 1 year Bangbros Account till July 2016 from me,
As long as you didn't change the password you can still enjoy it
But someday you said the account can't be accessed anymore before the membership ends, So it's definitely YOU Change The Password or sharing it to the others..
I DEFINITELY Know , so do NOT Trying to make a mess with me  


For some sites, like netflix, account will stay alive as long as you didn't change the pass, Your country support netflix, or using US VPN.
Accounts will be dead if you ADD member of family which make the original user suspect it and change the password
There also another reason but i'll keep it secret as long as you guys still enjoying my post
