I'm selling VCC which can be used as any normal credit card online.
It comes preloaded with 3$ ready for paypal verification.

Usage
It's 100% secure and can be used in:
--Shopping
--Paypal Verification (except U.S and Canadian accounts ofcourse)
--Any thing which needs a credit card

Recharging:
The card can be recharged through me by the following prices:

You can recharge it with any amount from 1$ to 1000$ with an extra fee of 15%
So if you want 10$ to be in your card then you must pay 11.5$.

Unfortunately US paypal doesn't accept virtual credit cards (as far as I know). And for any credit card to verify paypal it should have at lease 3$ and that's what it comes with.

Yes US PayPal does take VCC for verification. I have used only VCC's to verify my business account. Also can use VBA's for US Paypal as the bank account too. If you have customers that need USA vcc's or vba's for Paypal or anything else, let me know as I sell these in the usa. We can work some deal out. Mine work the same as yours it seems, reloadable through me and the vbas can be withdrawn too....

Yes US PayPal does take VCC for verification.

Thank you for your response but can you ascertain the claims that BOA VBA can verify USA paypal as claimed by some people here.

maybe I need to start a post and sell my method..... It is easy to get US vcc's and vba's and they can be MasterCard, Visa or American Express. VBA's can be obtained through a lot of different banks; IF YOU ARE A US CITIZEN. If not, then you just need to buy them from US Citizens who are selling them.

These can even be reusable and have the ability to withdraw from. It all depends on what the seller offers and how much work they want to do.

With Paypal, the biggest issue is the AVS match. So, you need to find a seller who can customize a VCC for you.... not hard to do really. They authorize $1.95 for verifications.
