It's suspicious, since i was getting several emails a week to enroll in their summer sale... Sounded a bit dodgy to me (like a quick cash grab). That's why i didn't sign up...

ATM there is nothing you can do... Wait for their announcment and hope for the best... I hope you don't have to much BTC invested...

look at the price of that "mining".
in case of actual one, their IPO wouldn't be open-ended; but their mining evidence is refused, and we are no ability to know how could they get those GHs.
they need to decrease the price as low as possible to stay the ponzi, and they have auto-reinvestment (if you do not active for a certain period, this automatically activated so that you won't get any payment).

out of ability to use the signature, i want a new ban strike policy that will fade the strike after 90~120 days of the ban and not to be traced back, like google | email me for anything urgent, message will possibly not be instantly responded
i am not really active for some reason

cloud mining sites are scam, they take money from users and repay them their own money, and keep the money cycling untill they have enough money , and then later they run with money of the users.they don't have real minining hardwares that mine bitcoins , they are just kind of Ponzi/HYIP sites using name of cloudmining.

I have part of my BTC on bit-x ATM... They seem reliable, but it's always a guess... BTW, their ROI is substantially higher than other sites like scrypt.cc or cloudminr.io, so don't expect the same return...

News Flash: It was already a obvious ponzi scheme..

So, hoping for your money to get returned is impossible, you might want to accept your losses and move on with your life.

post from cloudminr.io

CLOUDMINR.IO is temporarily down until a new website is made from scratch to avoid any backdoors left by hackers.
Please see bitcointalk.org for our announcement.
