its the bitcoin-qt client, aka a full node (https://bitcoin.org/en/download). stop spamming threads.

go to bitcoin.org and read and watch all the documentation install it and start using it for with test coins and you will soon get the hang of it

actually the bitcoin-qt is not a real full node until you open port 8333
