The brand is not burner. Burner is the name for a prepaid cell phone that you typically throw away after a few uses. The brands vary a lot, which country are you in? I may have a few that will work in your area.

Never used one but interested. Do they require an external sim card or already come with some balance loaded in them ?

The new ones come with 3.5 hours of talk time, however can be uploaded with more minutes. 

The old ones need sims.

I don't know the numbers off hand I haven't ever opened the new ones. I can't confirm if they work outside of the USA with their standard cards, but I think you can buy an International card for them.

They are simple prepaid phones. Theres really not a lot to gamble on here.

Burner cell phones are used to stay anonymous. You typically buy them use them a few times then throw them away. Because your name isn't tied to them in anyway its harder to track you.

Where I am, these types of phones are essentially useless because you'd have to buy a local sim, and to do that you'd need to show your id or passport, which defeats the purpose of the item itself. You mentioned that you can get an international card with the phones. Will you be able to provide that with the phone? How much credit will it have?
And will you do international shipping?

I can get the international sims for the phone, and It can have as much credit as you want. I will ship internationally for a fee.

I'd be more worried about the phones not supporting one or more of the many cellular frequency ranges in different regions around the world.

Unless they're really ancient that shouldn't be a problem too.

But it would help if you could post pictures or the makes and models.
