You have a low fee and there is an ongoing spam attack that is causing delays. Just wait a while for it to confirm. If you don't receive your Bitcoin when you should, contact their support and be sure that you have the letter of guarantee. Since they are a legitimate service, they should still send you the Bitcoin even after the time is up.

Calm down! Just wait a while! You wouldn't lose your bitcoin and the networkd will drop unconfirmed transactions out of the memorypool after 1008 blocks (~1 week) automatically. Or try the method mentioned by the upper user.

bitmixer.io is indeed a legitimate service, I have used them many times.
My best guess is that transactions of very low amounts (and especially very low fees) are the ones with looooong confirmation times.
Two examples:
1) A few days ago bitmixer sent a small payment to ME, but it took some 40 + hours to confirm (as they sent the payment with a close to $0.00 miner's fee). I did get it confirmed, but it took a long time.
2) As a test during perhaps the worst of the "stress test" / spamming / attack (July 6), I sent myself a small transaction of about BTC0.005, but with a large fee: BTC0.0006 ($0.16). The transaction was confirmed on the next block. Reconfirmed on the one after that.
Notice the pattern? Be a tiny bit generous, and you get your payments confirmed. Be really stingy, and the miners will not bother confirming you when THEY are under attack as well, and not getting any payment.......

these recent attacks on the bitcoin network is getting out of hand. it is becomming everyday event and it is hurting everyone . the only thing there is for you to do is that you can contact their support with your information and ask them to extend the 3 hour period. i am sure if you provide this information to their support they are going to help you out.

I heard today bitcoin network was attacked by spam transaction. Try to increase your fee to 0.0003 or 0.0005 to prevent delay. There are 19591 unconfirmed transactions right now. Unconfirmed transaction increase quickly, so increase your tx fee may help you. https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions

Won't be surprised if this keeps going from now on, forcing all of us to pay higher fees..

Just pay 0.0001 per kb and you are fine. I am sick of these people complaining their tx is stuck. Just follow the bitcoin core policy and pay 0.0001 per kb. Time for alternativ client developers to adjust their fee settings.
Just tried it, tx got confirmed within 1 block.

They might even try mind control to increase transaction fee's. Haha, I know it may be a bit far fetched, but this type of stuff happens all over the world since forever.. Why not in bitcoin? I don't mind actually, as I think the miners deserve the fee and therefore always pay the recommended fee.

yeah, there are also people saying bitcoin is broken, just because their tx didn't confirm within 10 minutes block time. but we're here to help. if some one doesn't know, just explain it to him. next time he's good to go.

Basically you're right. The problem is that people will most likely use the default setting of their wallet for fees. If that isn't adjusted to the current situation, the transaction won't be confirmed. It's the sudden onset of these spam attacks that make them problematic: A transaction might have been sent with a fee which was adequate at the time of sending, but reaches the mempool at roughly the same time of the attack with the result that the fee is no longer adequate.

How about calming down first? Every now and then there is a empty block, and this particular one was generated by a unknown entity, hence the IP address. If you have included the proper fee it should be very quick. Please read this thread from start to end to understand some of it.
