Soon some smart traders will make a lot of money out of this crisis! Smiley

yeah finally, the bitcoin market is moving and for better prices. it is after a long stable price at $220 for months.

Chinese turn into Litecoin already, but not Bitcoin!

after this news , today bitcoin price went up $20 so i guess Chinese are investing in litecoin now Cheesy

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Will the Chinese turn into bitcoin after this?
Do not count on it.
Bitcoin got a bad reputation in China. People still believe it was forbidden by government.

I don't think so. Investors and speculators are basically withdrawing their funds and convert it into fast cash due to the uncertainty surrounding the drop. Bitcoin is not a proxy directly connected to the stock market. When the situation gets better the fund will move back in. It's a matter of who gets in faster and who made the right decision along the way.

The government has shown that it can support the stock market.
I don't think the Chinese government will be caught dead supporting bitcoin.  Tongue

The Chinese by the looks of it turned to Bitcoin for serious investment seeing it went up a few 7% today.
And pumped up litecoin to dump it

There is a definite shift towards LiteCoin, but the most important shift was the establishment of the New World Bank {Brics countries}

The Chinese are constantly distancing themselves from the west... They use alternative markets ... Alternative coins... Why do you think they are doing that?

The latest attacks on Bitcoin is also rumored to have come from the Chinese miners..

I have heard and I have read that the Chinese are the most bitcoiner people in the world. The biggest figures all all the things related to bitcoin are Chinese: the number of miners, the quantity of bitcoin mined, the biggest mining pools, the number of mining pools, the number of transactions, the quantity of bitcoin circulated etc. What other thing they can do to be more considered more connected with bitcoin?

I can give only one data that show the love of Chinese for the bitcoin. According to CoinDesk's article of August 22, 2015: "Bitcoin in China: An Insider’s View" - China has a strong competitive advantage in bitcoin mining; it currently accounts for at least 50% of the global bitcoin network mining power.

More needed?
