I think the OP is saying that Payza is exchanging bitcoin at 294.50 US $ , so they want a better rate.  And Payza won't exchange bitcoin at the moment, anyhow.

OP change this after my comments because first he was asking payza exchange into perfect money now its ok but he can do this payza offering exchange into bitcoin

I wont recommend him to use this website he can rather use payza itself (if he has a verified account) and can withdraw to his btc wallet I am a ecurrencies exchanger so i know abt it

If he had the account Payza verified , there would be no sense to try an exchange in the forum.
In my opinion the best option is make the exchange using the service Payza, but if you can not verify the account the Goldux in my view is the best way out

It would make no sense. Goldux do not allow US Payza account. So does rchange.net .

That 's why I need some exchangers here.
