Hello,

My transaction didn't got any confirmation from more than 12h.

I was sending money between wallet in blockchain.info and my transaction didn't got confirmed.
Any recommendation? or just i have to wait, and if i need to wait how much time it will take ?

There is no solution. Just wait. If it doesn't get confirmed, it will disappear from the network and your Bitcoin will not have moved. In that case, recreate the transaction, but send it with a higher fee. This will allow your transaction to be confirmed quickly.
