Not sure how many signups you could get but what i can guarantee is the exposure.
they might not register if you just send a ref link and expect  them all to respond.

what you would need is a good encouraging few lines, maybe tell them about your ref link and maybe they'd consider signing up under you as sort of thank you for the info you provide. remember they're not newbies, half of them are hardcore adult webmaster from gfy.com

you can't offer them an adult site, they already have one. more even.
an affiliate network with potential saleable product to offer or adult adnetwork offer may just work. a software or a method, probably a WSO offer will work.

It is not really a good idea, how will I now have signups when you have already exposed them to your own ref link? This is not a welcoming idea.
