I was wondering if there is any website that is actually famous and in the same time you could use Bitcoin to Deposit or withraw or whatever . most of the time I have a lot of people that can do the job I ask on Freelancer.com or oDesk and I need to pay however and since my Paypal is limited can't pay people so they can't do the job for me .
If there isn't , shouldn't we make Crowdfunding or if any developpers wanna make it for free for bitcoin community that would be great

If I understood you right, you need workforcrypto.com , dogerr.com , allcoinjobs.com or similar sites.
Unfortunately I don't know which is really good or which is "deserted". With a little bit of imagination and time you can google for more sites Wink

I know the first one , however it dosen't seem so serious or famous , I mean you see jobs like once a week or something : https://workforcrypto.com/top/job_board/ Last one was four days ago and the others are months ago !
For what comes to Dogerr I guess they only use Dogecoin and that's not good for me , I only use Bitcoins Also I don't buy this sentence , it seem too fake and too good to be true  Roll Eyes ""By 2020, dogerr.com will have superseded amazon.com""
and for what comes to the last one and http://allcoinjobs.com/ it's seems like the worst because last job sumbitted was since October 2014.
I guess there is something really serious that compites with websites like Freelancer.com on the business or ever close , appreciate our help though

I dont think there is a popular freelancing site which fits your requirements, however, there is a job board(coinality.com) which does a great job. Apart from that, you can use the subreddit /r/Jobs4Bitcoins
It is worthy to note that fiverr also accepts bitcoins though i dont think they payout in bitcoins.

I am familiar with peopleperhour.com but I don't think they accept Bitcoin. Do you have a reference?

Fiverr isn't my really type of website , I'am an arab and there is the exact same thing and more famous then fiverr and only do the small jobs.
peopleperhour seems to be decent however they do not accept Bitcoin as I can see http://blog.peopleperhour.com/cheaper-international-payment-options
gonna test what azguard suggested and see how things goes , website seem less dead then the others
