scam, more accounts per IP etc. I'm curious if I can recover the money

its extremely hard to scam with their escrow system built in. As for more accounts per IP , it is possible if that person uses the account to initiate fake trades to lock up btc of other traders but I doubt they usually do it with any balance on their accounts. Doesn't look like they just openly lock accounts which have the same IP .

I've been locked plenty times,  it's a struggle to get the btc out. They've become much more strict.
