Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Well this was pretty much expected. I think that it could be called a wallet/address hijacker. This tells us that Bitcoin has been really growing. It is getting attention even from the hacking community.
This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone and besides there is more sophisticated software being  used ever on Bitcoin. I'm not sure if you're up to news with the recent hack on The Hacking Team, that was selling malware and whatnot to the governments?
Here's a searchable email list.
