Someone wants to buy my ebook but wants to use escrow,and after he makes his money back with the method he will release the funds from escrow.Is this ok and can you give negative feedback for begging?

as a rule it is ok. but use your own judgement and decide if you can trust the buyer to tell the truth or not as he can easily lie and get the money back.

btw this should not be in Meta. you should move it to the B&H or Marketplace section never mind. looks like you added another question about trust and begging

you can give a user a negative feedback for begging. you can also report them to moderators (or admins and global moderators if it's a PM)

Yes. Well, trust is not moderated, so you can give it for anything, theoretically.

But yes, generally, begging is frowned upon, though unless it is a severe case it is very harsh to leave a negative trust rating. Perhaps try a neutral rating.

Don't sell him your ebook. That's the only advice I can give you. Even I sell an ebook and if anyone asks me to give him a copy and he'll pay me only after the matter is useful to him, I wouldn't see him my book. I don't think the buyer deserves a negative feedback for this.

you can give a user a negative feedback for begging. you can also report them to moderators (or admins and global moderators if it's a PM)

You can give negative feedback for anything, however, be aware of the potential that the other user may leave negative feedback for you out of spite.
