Something in the region of 0.5 BTC. It depends on what offers I receive. Naturally I will be happy to get as much as possible.

I think that would be the best option for you, seeing as you are likely to get better offers at an auction. But there is one giant caveat, and that is that the identity of the account is public, so everyone will know that the account is sold. I think that would push the price down a bit, perhaps to around 0.4BTC.
