Problems Mount for Customers of GAW Miners Linked ISP

Customers of GAW High Speed Internet, the ISP linked to now-defunct cryptocurrency mining company GAW Miners, are reportedly experiencing broad service outages.

A court case in Connecticut, also filed in April, sought roughly $200,000 in damages from GAW Miners and PayBase, the money services platform created by GAW. The two plaintiffs in the case filed suit after seeking arbitration. The judge in that case ultimately found in favor of the plaintiffs, authorizing a garnishing of GAW and Paybase-related bank accounts.

GAW and its former CEO Josh Garza could face a more concerted legal effort in the near future in the form of a group lawsuit, which is said to have drawn support from both US-based and international customers numbering at least 400 individuals. That lawsuit is expected to be pursued in US federal court.

The company continues to be the focus of an on-going investigation by federal authorities including the US Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).

I don't know what kind of relation the ISP has with the main company... But I don't know how clients haven't fled from there.

They probably rent lines to some other ISP, and they're stopped paying rent, or something like that. Run from everything GAW related...

There has simply been too much bad press, consumer complaints and general red flags around Garza and his shady dealings for me to even pay attention to him. By no means would I consider spending a dime on anything he is associated with. If everybody hates you, there's probably a good reason.

I had gone around a number of times looking to buy from GAW, however each time I decided again it, in a way  I am happy I did not buy anything from them. After seeing their equipment and cloud miners and then reducing prices when come out and massively increasing the cost of them was a stupid move. Then adding more miners. I looked at their equipment to buy and to cloud mine along with hardware for own mining. Just happy I am not a customer in the position that many others are in facing problems and losses. Good luck to the people with your problems and hope you get things resolved or get some sort of resolve.
