In the event the loan is not repaid in full by the due date then the above collateral will become the property of the lender (assuming the lender does not agree to adjusted terms, and if such adjusted terms are agreed upon then they will take affect).

Address borrower should repay the loan to : 1LCXCohMKtb5nBfHkev1rQKCipfj6hNTnz (this is controlled by the lender)

From the looks of it the borrower has defaulted on the loan.

Ok so quickseller is going to handle our escrow at a rate of .0075btc . I'll send the domains to quickseller on godaddy, you send the btc to quickseller.
Once he confirms he has both, he can send me the BTC - his fee.
If everyones ok with this, then i'll take quicksellers email used to sign up for godaddy and his customer#/username.
I will need to know the duration of the loan, the amount of the loan and what the repayment amount is. Once both parties confirm these details then I will get an escrow agreement written up.
I will also need to know which address that DeveloperinDemand wants to use for the lender to repay him. It should be a fresh address that should not receive any transactions between now and the time the loan is repaid (any transactions to that address should count towards the repayment)
