I would like to buy 0.1BTC with PayPal. I would be paying by BTC-E course (at the time of writing 260,5499€/BTC).

I understand PayPal is easily reversible, thus the low amount. I also have verified PayPal if that helps your situation at all.

escrow it not really usefull in this case if buyer he charging back escrow cant stop him or cant stop the chargeback what you can is lowring your trade amount more and trade multiple so there is less risk for induvisual but still i will not do any trade with paypal i have seen people scaming for 1$

LOL... no use of escrow in this case , Paypal is The father of All Scamming Newbie here.
even after month a user can charge back the money on Paypal .
If the OP is fine with the escrow of 180 days , then i think its better to deal then.

Anyways OP is old here , even amount is Low but i am fed up with Paypal issues ,  so will recommend others to trade on their own risk.
