can i verifiy USA paypal account with your VCC and are you also providing virtual bank account to verify a usa paypal account because usa paypal account also need a bank account with a vcc its not necessory that a bank account is real bank it can be virtual bank account so are you providing it also ? and are you willing to use escrow ?

He can't do nothing of course.
What were you expecting?

Where can you find any service that offers any guarantees with paypal? You can't!

The fact that he accepts escrow and provided screenshots makes him better than most selling the same.

I can answer part of that. You can't verify a US paypal with a vcc. Search a vba in these forums.

Also you'd need a US vcc (that can pass AVS address verification) to use on your US paypal.

you are saying you can only verify usa paypal account and at the same time you are saying you do not provide virtual bank account then how can you verify usa paypal account when you dont provide virtual bank account as usa paypal account must needs a bank account attached to it in order to get verified not only just vcc
