I am not sure if PoW blocks are limited. But the reward recently dropped to 0.1 coins so that's why I don't think anyone will continue to mine.

POW rewards are back on schedule. Halving will resume as normal as noted by my good friend via PM. https://github.com/NocturnaDev/init/blob/master/src/main.cpp#L970-L977
so blocks 750 to 1000 will have the default 0.1 rewards. 1000 to 1250 will resume the halving at 3.125 rewards.

Looks like another "dev" who made a coin simply for kicks and giggles, maybe a personal experiment of some sort, or a college class project. Regardless, she took advantage of our lust for mining, and then disappears to never be seen again. You know what's worse than a scam dev?  A disconnected dev.

Yeah it was neat and fun. The bad news is that this dev got several people to waste $5 or $6 mining this coin. The good news is that the dev probably wasted more time on this project than most of the miners. I'm not sure what entertainment could come from it, but I guess it takes his mind off of not being able to get a date on the weekends.

The launch was on Saturday night.
