Well I forgot to add in OP that Over fees is not accepted.
I am not in a hurry.... I want fair and equal deal. I can pay the payza fees but can't such big fees of 9%

That's too much mate. I want to exchange from neddy people who also wants their bitcoins converted to payza but Not from huge fees takers for Profit purpose

No. Why the another user will exchange payza to btc with my payza
He will just spend payza
If he want to withdraw payza to btc then why he would exchange with me

And I don't care what people will do with payza funds after exchange. That is theirs matter
